A hidden gem in the area. If you are looking for an authentic Mexican breakfast this is the place you have to try. Every time I have been the food and service is phenomenal.
Always wanted to try his place so we stopped in for brunch today. Atmosphere is nice but it wasn’t busy inside only 2 other parties other than my party. Waitress was polite and attentive. Took our orders and brought in our drinks. My soda was flat but didn’t complain. I ordered chilaquiles verdes and it was tasty but the salsa was a bit sour to my liking. My husband got the Floridian French toast and it was overly sweet. We got a complimentary fruit dish of watermelon which was nice but the watermelon was not ripe at all. Good attempt. I’d have to say we won’t be coming back but it is a nice place.

Today was our first time at Pura Vida and definitely not the last! It’s a bit tucked away, connected to and behind the Hacienda restaurant and right across from Lowe’s—so we didn’t even know it was there until today. What a hidden gem! We went for Sunday brunch and chose to sit on the patio. Our server was warm and attentive, checking on us at all the right moments. As we looked over the menu, she delivered a plate of fresh watermelon cubes, an unexpected and refreshing touch. The brunch menu is reasonably priced, with prices ranging from $13-18/plate and full of tempting choices. We both went with the Mexican Chicken Waffles and loved them! Beautifully presented, the chicken was perfectly seasoned, topped with a mint sprig and fresh fruit. Portion size was just right. They also offer a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and coffee drinks. We’ll absolutely be back soon!
My mother-in-law and I went to visit this restaurant for breakfast. We were really impressed with the look of the place, and the quality of food. My favorite of all was getting the Mexican Coffee. Sooooo good!! One of the best cups of hot coffee I’ve had. We got their two pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, and potatoes meal. Everything was great!
We found this place on google and tried it on a whim. So glad that we did! The food was incredible! Flavor, presentation, diversity of menu. Our service was wonderful. It was decorated with cute ambience too. Can’t wait to eat here again. Gonna try the lemon ricotta pancakes next time.
Honestly one of the best meals I ever had. I ordered the Birria chilaquiles. I usually can't ever finish a plate of food but I devoured it. I couldn't stop. Great service. Great drinks. Highly reccomend a bloody mary from here. K was my server and he was so kind and did a great job. TRY THIS PLACE! Incredible.
